The rollover was reported about 10:41 p.m. and occurred on Highway 34, west of Highway 59, the report said. That's about five miles north of Pelican Rapids, a State Patrol dispatcher said. A Chevrolet Blazer was heading westbound on Highway 34, when the driver lost control and the vehicle rolled, the report said. The driver died at the scene and three passengers were taken to St. Mary's Hospital in Detroit Lakes, Minn., the report said. The patrol has not released the names of the driver or passengers. The extent of the passengers' injuries was not available. The report said the 2-lane blacktop road was dry at the time of the accident.
