The body of Tracy S. Roberts, age 43, of Council Bluffs, Iowa, was found this afternoon at about 4:00 p.m. in Ohman Bay on Lake Lida. Mr. Roberts had fallen into the water late Saturday morning while attempting to remove weeds from the propeller of his outboard motor. The boat drifted away quickly. Three others in the boat tossed Mr. Roberts a Personal Flotation Device, but he could not retrieve it. Mr. Roberts had purchased a cabin on the west shore of Lake Lida in October of 2004.
