PRFD called out to the (old) Dollar Store

The PRFD called for assistance from Fergus Falls and Elizabeth Fire Departments Thursday evening to battle a fire at the Old Dollar Store on South Broadway. It appears the fire may have started in an upstairs apartment. The building is the Old Lee Chevrolet-Pelican Valley Motors-Art Christianson Ford-Larsen's Super Valu-Rick's Super Valu. Prior to the invention of television and video games the basement housed the local roller skating rink.
