"Fergus Falls, Minn., City Councilman Greg Stumbo announced Friday that he is challenging longtime Republican state Rep. Bud Nornes.
Stumbo is seeking the DFL nomination from District 10A, which includes the western part of Otter Tail County, including Fergus Falls, Dalton and Pelican Rapids.
