The National Weather Service in Grand Forks has issued a Winter

Storm Watch. Snow is expected to develop across central North Dakota
Thursday morning and spread into western Minnesota by Thursday
evening. A period of heavy snowfall is possible Thursday night into
Friday along with a gusty easterly wind. The potential exists for 6
inches or more of snow across southeast North Dakota and west
central Minnesota with greater than 4 inches in northeast North
Dakota and northwest Minnesota.
