the state of being everywhere at once (or seeming to be)

Three times this past week I have encountered this word. The word is what it says it is. Though I am no Ubiquitarian, I'm taking the word seriously. Who knows? It could be yet another K.C.Rove idea to scare the bejesus out of us.
