the soup that made Swan Drug famous

While enjoying my morning cappucino at Riverside Coffee I noticed that lunch today featured the Tomato Dill Dumpling soup made famous by Swan Drug. Does anybody have the recipe?

I spied a Low Carb Turkey Jack Veggie sandwich on Whole Wheat in the display case. This included onion and avocado. I ordered a bowl of Swan Drug soup to go with it. The sandwich was one of the best I've tasted. I remember Swan Drug as having a bit more dumplings in the soup, but not as many as the Chicken Dumpling at the Rapids. I dumped in pieces of the sourdough bread served with the soup to make up for this. The flavor was indeed as I can remember it. I hope it will become the soup du jour on Tuesdays. Tabitha is a great cook and I appreciate the quality of the food she serves.
