The latest morph of the Pelican Rapids Press is still seeking an identity. Yesterday's headline could have been about the school board's Monday night action to proceed with plans to build a new High School. It could have interviewed local Ukrainians about their take on the upcoming re-elections in their "Old Country." Instead we find the Editor and Writer firmly in the spinning grasp of our bird loving Mayor. The editorial was an improvement over Rick's Ramblings, but the paper remains a five minute max read. It's for the birds.
