Librarian extraordinaire Pamela Westby got her new Pelican Rapids Public Library and Multiculti Learning Center webpages up this week. They were well worth waiting for. Miss the stories of the Tapestry artists or some of the faces from the Faces of Change? Muchissimas gracias Señora Westby. Bravo! One more reason to be proud to be from 56572. This town can...... it just may take us a while. Wouldn't you agree Señor Baldry?
