A Fargo, North Dakota television station led off their 6:00 p.m. news tonight with news that a man wanted for first degree murder in Texas has been tracked down by our PRPD right here under our noses. The man was stopped for a DUI, resisted arrest and fled the scene. This was two weeks ago. Monday he was apprehended. Minnesota has no qualms about extradition to a state with capital punishment?
