Not everybody has flown the coop or is running for the exits or to the realtors after last week. Cooper Stewart is in the final stages of remodeling his ninety-three year old building on 1st Street Northwest. After peeling off all the yellow steel siding from Dave and Ted's Locker Plant days, this week the windows are being replaced. The upstairs has been gutted and remodeled for offices. The Pelican Rapids Food Shelf is in the northeast corner of the building. Bravo Cooper, keep it up!
