A question of life or death

Tonight the Pelican Valley Hospital District Board of Directors will meet. I hope one of the agenda items might be considering purchase of the Pelican Ambulance Service. The first time a local resident dies while waiting for the ambulance to arrive from a neighboring town we will know we should not have allowed yet another business, a vital one at that, to leave town. Would the Bike Trail Boys seek to veto such an investment should the Hospital District Board decide to proceed with acquisition? Good question. The BTB were at tonight's meeting. Stay tuned.
