The past few years I've been watching, with a curious interest, the game of musical chairs in the local housing market. Many neighbors have new neighbors. Now it's my turn.
Although the trailer court in town (Hidden Acres is almost history) remains occupied to the gills, many trailer owners have purchased homes.
My neighbor of thirty-seven years moved to Fergus Falls last month. Porfirio and Teresa moved to 56572 from Downey, California this summer and bought the house for $81,000 from Don and June.
I haven't been over to welcome them to the neighborhood yet. What am I waiting for? It must be the Dane in me.
