Given the hectic, almost dizzying, amount of change to Broadway since Labor Day, I suppose it was inevitable that one of the more peculiar pieces of 56572 historical architecture left 56572 today, destination unknown, without selling a single cup of Java.
Let the history books show that at one time 56572 did belong to the 21st Century and did have a drive-up coffee shop. It's demise was not the fault of the populice.
Does this mean the gentleman on the right has purchased the Standard-Amoco Station, or just the Mean Caffeine or both? Is Todd going to re-open? A Bowling Alley you say? Across from a place where folks go to bed real early? Anybody heard any rumors what's going on? Wassup Mayor Wayne? No Press until next Tuesday. So many questions...so few answers...do you have an answer?
8:00 p.m. update from Mayor Wayne: The MC is on it's way up 32 to 56549. The building is supposedly sold, to whom, for what, remains a mystery. Who will be the first to find out? Use comment below to tell us if you know.
