PERHAM, Minn. – Pelican Rapids rallied from 12 points down to defeat previously unbeaten Perham 21-12 here Friday night.
The two teams are now tied atop the Heart O’ Lakes Conference standings with 5-1 records.
“We didn’t hang our heads,” said Pelican quarterback Tyler Scott. “We kept battling and battling. Our energy is what did it for us tonight. We haven’t had that kind of energy for a while. Our energy kept us in the game.”
