Behind these salty cliffs there is a river.
By morning these cliffs will be much higher.
Perhaps even high enough to attract snowmobiles. They will also be much whiter.
I don't suppose there was anywhere else to store what's being scraped off the streets than at the foot of West Mill. And when it melts in a few months it's all downhill from there. That makes some sense, doesn't it?
We could always use the cliffs to let townspeople carve snow sculptures during the Midwinter International Friendship Festival. We could also carve a bandshell out of it and invite Band of Faith to give Riverside concerts.We could let the Boy Scouts use it for a a Winter Soap Box Derby.
The 56572 editor is looking the rear view mirror and will have his review of 2005 out shortly. He's waiting for the sun to come out first.
