56572 lies more than four hundred feet higher than Glacial Lake Agassiz only a handful of miles to our west. The water table west of 56572 and east of Glacial Lake Agassiz has never been higher. It continues to rise. Today the State is out building up State Highway 108 in the S curve west west of town known as the Bengtson Curve. State Highway 34 was built up last week as water was running over the road there as well. Local farmers are pumping to save their buildings, not from a rising Red River, but from sloughs and lakes at record levels. The reason for all this depends on who one talks to. A solution seems equally elusive. East of 56572 the lakes seem to be at normal levels. All this at an elevation where this should not be happening.
Roland Aira P-6 Sampler Review: Great Sound, Complicated Interface

This surprisingly deep instrument is probably too complicated for its own
good.
