The checkout guys at Larry's Supermarket seem to think that the days of 201 South Broadway are numbered. Let's hope something is done in the very near future. 56572 has been researching the history of the building since hearing the news the building was to be razed. Records show it was built already in 1919. We think the bulding has had as few as 3-4 owners: Wetzel Lee, Dewey Estlick and John Larsen. Businesses have been: Lee Chevrolet, Pelican Motors, Pelican Valley Motors, Art Christianson Ford, Larsen Super Valu, Rick's Super Valu, Pelican Super Valu, Pelican Dollar.
