Who was the Good Samaritan Lifesaver?

Late Monday afternoon two 56572 residents, Sahra Ali and Halima Mohamed were motoring on 108 West. According to the women they were "talking" when the accident occured and did not notice that the asphalt had changed to gravel. They lost control of their vehicle on the new temporary earthen dike in the Bengtson Curve and drove into water about six feet deep in the ditch just north of Norwegian Grove Cemetery. A passing motorist, dressed in suit and tie, jumped into the flooded ditch and rescued both women out one of the back doors. According to a non-swimming eyewitness, the car was submerging quickly and the Good Samaritan's quick action saved both their lives. "He should be given some kind of award", the eyewitness said. Only the roof of the vehicle was visible when the tow truck arrived. Other than being frightened both women are fine today.
