Otter Tail County enforcement vehicles went speeding by yesterday afternoon, sirens blasting. Three river kayakers found a man's body floating in the Pelican River south of 56572 north of the bridge on County Highway 28. WDAY Channel 6 has identified the victim as Randall McLain, age 46. He had been living in the Pelican Motel and was reported missing almost two weeks ago. An autopsy showed he died of natural causes and foul play is not suspected, yet PRPD Chief Fox is seeking more details on the how and why. Anybody know Mr. McLain or have any clue about what happened to him?
