Signs of the times

What started this all? The Muddy Moose sign was good. Riverside Coffee's looked unbeatable. State Bank's was right up there. Scoop's did a fun mural. Monique's is about as unique as the antiques inside. On a scale of 1-10 I give it a 8.5. It's lit up only by the street light. Gar Gar, Mercado Las Monarcas and Jimmy's are functional, but uninspired. Pelican Tobacco needs help. How about a neon cigarette?
