Vincent Van Gogh: The Potato Eaters (remixed)

As you may have noticed the past week, the 56572 editor is on holiday during the month of July, far from home. Baptised Catholic, but confirmed Lutheran, the Editor is beginning to feel guilt for not posting interesting articles. They would indeed be more fiction than fact.

During previous holidays the Editor has been so presumptuous to post photos and articles from his holiday. The Editor realizes, after a critical comment from one reader that he/she did not come to this site to see photos of tulips, that the era of digital postcards might be over now that people other than friends or family are visiting online 56572.

To my dear reader who did not like the photo of the Amsterdam tulip market back in February, here is a 2006 remix of one of my favorite Van Gogh's; The Potato Eaters.

Pretend you are bellied up to a picnic table in front of Maple Beach, in shorts, your baseball cap on, your pontoon parked at the dock, your Guardian Angel watching over you from above. Pass the ketchup bottle.
