a letter of interest need not be all that interesting

The 56572 Board of Education would like to find letters of interest and resumes in PO Box 642 by September 1st. Open for a thirteen month term is the seat of Don Beck. Data has shown that Blog Readers make good School Board Members. Somehow I can't find that link anymore, sorry. I don't know how many people have shown interest already. I will attempt to find out. The MSBA offers quick study online courses in how to get yourself up to speed, even gives you the reasons (someone should teach them how to use a spell checker) why you should write your letter this afternoon. Cyberliterati with Myspace, Facebook, YouTube and Blackberrys, here is your chance to rule the world. (Think Globally, Act Locally)

My alphabetical short list includes: Rita Cowie, Jon Karger, Peter Lundin and Tami Skinner. Call those on your list please, this afternoon. The 56572 readership could be your personal support group, sounding board and PAC. That is, if you don't decide to start blogging yourself.

What's your position on CMF? Could we rent spaces or get a commission on each vehicle sold? Leave your keys and title in the District Office? I mean instead of an excess levy referendum.

Could the ISD548 website be improved?

Nevermind.

Are you a consensus builder?

PS If you want the email addresses or numbers of those on my short list, ask me.
