To clear up any confusion and answer your question, yes, someone will actually be living at the Blyberg / Korda / >Brown< House. Does anyone happen to know who tossed a few eggs in the general direction of the house's window last week? Don't the kids of 56572 know that the house is haunted?

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Brown,
We apologize for our kids and are looking for the bad eggs. That the house is haunted is genuine news. No wonder nobody lives there. The name Brown House may be confusing. The Browns live on North Broadway. The Brown sisters moved to 56572 from Lida Township and lived five blocks east of the Kordas. Another brown house has gained recent notoriety due to the occupants. Who or what seems to be haunting the place? Not Henry? What can we do to help?
