The four year old 56572 computer has been acting up lately and I've had trouble with my 756k DSL. This morning I got great service from Loretel in diagnosing my problem and promptly replacing my old DSL modem. Kudos to Tammy, Richard, especially to Luke the loyal 56572 reader who didn't want to see 56572 down for very long. 56572 hopes Arvig retains all these valuable employees and that Arvig service will shine like Loretel's. We know Arvigs prices are good and look forward to that as well. Seriously, if you have Internet troubles don't hesitate to call Loretel or email the help desk. They care about their customers and give home town service which is appreciated.
The New Yorker sandwich and minestrone at Riverside Coffee this noon were top shelf. It doesn't get any better than that, well, Friday's Rachels are right up there. Yesterday there was hardly a chair to be found for lunch. That's how it should be. Say it ain't so Tabi that once again we will have to survive January and February without you.

756? I knew loretel was odd 'n wasn't quite with the rest of the world...I'm hopin you mean 768K,
which is still sad(they need to relize that, anything under a meg, even 3 meg, is going to very shortly be comparable to "dial up")
Or someone will come in and offer a nice wireless solution and give people 5 meg connections for 30 a month(I do that here) It's not hard,
Now we are going to start on our Phone company?
Well it seems that the only thing worse than the community center, local Rural electric company, fire protection (fire hall), Education
lets complete the drum beat and throw in the local phone company!!
