The fog, mist, ice and treacherous secondary roads caused school to be canceled in Pelican Rapids Tuesday, December 12th. The Choir trip to Fargo this morning was canceled as well. Road conditions should improve by afternoon. Stay tuned for information about afternoon extra curricular activities as they have not been canceled as of yet.
