It's too bad they didn't tear down this house too while they were in the area; it's an eyesore. The new fire hall will add so much to Main Street. Bravo! I think the city needs to start making more of an effort to keep the residential neighborhoods looking nice. There are too many houses in PR that need to be torn down and too many questionable rental "houses". We all need to work on making our little town look sharp, and not allow junk houses to continue standing. What can we do as citizens of PR (besides being a tattletale to the PRPD) to improve the appearance of our town???
It would be nice to see this house gone. Could the school buy it, tear it down, and add parking?
We all know what the house is worth, but we could bet the owner won't part with it without asking three times what it's worth. What a sham.
