The short version of this commercial ran during WDAY's 6PM news program on Thursday nights. Usually Johnson Furniture was also advertised during the same program.

I would guess it was the early 80s but some of the footage looks older than the rest. The kids that are running around the lake/beach are from the class of 1988.
I think the chamber of commerce should consider doing something like this again to promote Pelican Rapids. What a great video!!
The kids in the school were from around 1994. I recognize some classmates from the band clips and I graduated in 1995.
