56572 can justly be taken to task for poor sports coverage. There are other blogs for that with all the stats and armchair quarterbacking one needs. What did seem odd this morning is that both varsity basketball teams lost by twenty points last night. Look in the stats for the last time that happened. Hope it wasn't the tainted hamburger at school.

The surge of cold air and strong winds will also result in wind chill readings of 25 below to 45 below zero by late tonight into the day Saturday. A blizzard watch means there is a potential for falling and/orblowing snow with strong winds and extremely poor visibilities.This can lead to whiteout conditions and make travel very dangerous.
