Congratulations to the Section 8AA Champion Crosby-Ironton Rangers basketball team for your victory yesterday in the opening round of the State Class AA basketball tournament. No doubt the Pelican Rapids Vikings are in the stands cheering you on. The Vikings were named the Section 8AA Academic Champions for 2008 and went on to be named the State Academic Champions for Class AA as well. Congratulations to the players, parents, coaches and faculty at PRHS. 56572 is proud of you. We hope the Rangers will win the next two games as well and bring Section 8AA all the honor it deserves.
