I sure hope it is not the future because Northwest still owes about $245 million to the state of Minnesota and the Metropolitan Airports Commission since the state and MAC lent Northwest nearly $1 billion in 1989. (Source: http://www.kare11.com/news/news_article.aspx?storyid=499265)
