On the coldest day since March...the day Minnesota told us we will end up $5.2 billion in the red...the day our Governor said read my lips...the day the New York Times told Minnesota to just flip a coin...the day we worried about our Williamsless Vikings losing Sunday to the winless Lions...the sun came out for a few minutes...as inside the PRPL our Librarian fretted not just about how much her budget might be cut...but if the PRPL would survive.
