Pelican Rapids High School is planning a Remembrance and Resiliency Day to acknowledge the one year anniversary of the bus accident. There will be a program in the high school gym on Friday, April 3, 2009 at 1 p.m. to remember Jessica as well as the students who have persevered through this very difficult time.
