Jodi was in 56572 today to learn more about how the local LSS office is meeting the needs of its diverse customer base in Northwestern Minnesota. Over lunch at Mother Goose's I found out Jodi's mormor was born on the island of Læsø just off the east coast of Vendsyssel. Læsø is known for it's sea salt. I just happened to have a spare bag of Læsø Sydesalt in my kitchen. Jodi had just run out. Her cousins have two suumer houses on the island. She's checking to see if either would be available for Thorkild and me this fall. We Danes here in Minnesota need to replenish our stock of Kattegat salt.
