Expecting a number one seed, I admit to being surprised this afternoon when it was announced that the Vikings pulled into the 8AA brackets behind DGF. Good for our side, we don't have to play either Hawley or Perham. Seven seed Pine River-Backus comes to town Thursday night. Saturday's game at Concordia will be versus either Breck or WDC. With a win over EGF Friday night, Crookston took the top seed in Section 8AA North.
