210th Avenue just south of County Hwy 4 is blocked off by law enforcement this afternoon and there is a lot of activity in the slough on the west side of 210th just across from the slough where Troy's vehicle was found. The PRFD is on the scene.
US Hwy 59 and The Club are at the top left of the photo. Troy's vehicle was parked facing east at the west edge of the slough on the east side of 210th Ave just behind Albrights.
