The gentleman who sets the price of gasoline in 56572 had tough duty this morning, going out and changing the price of his fuel to $3.09 a gallon. From what I can see at minnesotagasprices.com he was not alone. It does seem that 56572 remains in the running for the highest "reported" price in Minnesota, although, so far, it's a tie shared by many.

That is why I drive 5 miles to Erhard were gas is .10+ cheaper a gallon! Even Collins Landing on Dead Lake is even cheaper than 56572!
maybe BP is trying to make up the difference by not being open before 8 a.m
