can you explaine the whiskey avenue remark i am sure that there is a story behind that and i think all your readers would like to hear it .
I believe the Whiskey Avenue name came from many years ago when that street was lined with bars. Take the walking tour with Marquerite Andrews - she knows Pelican history.
