According to the Brainerd Dispatch three Lake Region Electrical crews are working in the Brainerd Lakes area to restore power to Crow Wing Power customers who have been without power since Monday night's storms.
"A total of 28 crews worked to restore power throughout Tuesday, including three crews from Lake Region Electric in Pelican Rapids, two crews from Todd-Wadena Electric in Wadena and six contractor crews from southern Minnesota.
As of 8 p.m. Tuesday, 600 customers were without power, Crow Wing Power reported. Kinzer said it was hoped power would be restored to the remainder of the customers on Wednesday."
