So we can't sell our best little coffee shop between Minneapolis and Seattle for $200k? How about $149.9k and you are in business, your own boss, with a roof over your head - when you wake up in the morning you see the World's Largest Pelican out your bedroom window, you hear the whitewater as you smell the coffee - a full length deck along over a river that never freezes, a library and a barber shop in your backyard, four attorneys next door, a pool hall next to that, a State Farm guy waiting to insure you next to that, a beauty shop across the river, a bank across the street waiting to give you a loan, a pharmacy next to that, and a clientele that needs you......badly......now.
Hear me? Is this a steal or what?
Pam-Mike? Pastor Glen? Pastor Dave? Blace? Keith? Nordstroms? Gretchen? KKO? Sisters?

I hope that someone buys it. I loved many things about your fine town, but let's face it, I am German. I grew up in a family driven by coffee. One of my favorite things was the Riverside. Coffee and sweets just feet from my office door, I don’t think it gets any better.
After a morning of looking at houses, I had a great lunch and a fabulous cup of coffee. I just sat and watched the river.
I can't buy it, but I will be a dedicated customer.

Gretchen should do it! She was the best thing that ever happened to that Coffee shop!
I think Keith should buy it and run it. He doesn't drink coffee so it won't get in the wat of his work.
