Dear Kelly,
On your daily commute fighting the traffic on 59, had you noticed how things seem to happening in Erhard these days? Ripley's got a steel corral, there seems to be some sort of Pallet Palace out on the Dump Road north of town, Garcia's Clothing Store on South Main with some sort of Specialty Shop next door, Depot and General Store still for sale. 56572 is dying to find out more about the Iraqi who is trying to sell the Erhard General Store. Why did he buy it in the first place? Where did he come from? How does he like living in Erhard? Does he live in Erhard? Maybe he should add a line of Middle Eastern food to his store. A Shoarma Tent in Erhard would stop cars. Turkish coffee? Mint tea? Water pipes? To make it these days you've gotta sell stuff WalMart doesn't have. Front page next week maybe? You're welcome, no problem, anytime.

The culture industry keeps getting better at monetizing the past —
including the new ritual of musicians playing old albums, in full, onstage.
